Pelosi wants a vote on tax cuts before elections
The president of the U.S. House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi wanted the Congress decides before the midterm elections of November 2 on the renewal of tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans, which is hostile.
"Tax cuts for the wealthiest (…) with annual revenues of $ 250,000 or more have been initiated by George Bush," she said on the show "This Week" for television ABC.
"I do not see why we should extend a measure that lowers taxes for the wealthiest people of America, which increases the deficit and does not create jobs," she added."It makes no sense."
Nancy Pelosi said he hoped a vote on this issue before the election on November 2, intended to renew the entire House of Representatives and one third of the Senate.
